2025.08: Note Type Readability, Reset Task Filter Date, Invoice Document Preview

Note Type Readability (US-8140): The notes in a work order can be difficult to identify when they are shared in and out between both vendors and clients. We have updated the display to make it easier for users to track their notes between other tenants. 

• All functionality will remain the same. Users will still be able to search by description and note type. 
• If the logo has been previously added to Umbrava, it will now be present to identify who has entered the note. If the logo is not present, a generic icon of a building for the client and a wrench for the vendor will be pictured.
• The note type icon has also moved. It is now located next to the name of the note creator.
• If a note has been shared, the share icon will be present next to the note type. If a note has been integrated, it will show the integration icon that is presently utilized.
• In addition to the icon with the users' initials, their full name will also be present.

Reset Task Filter Date (US-8096) The task date can be reset to today by selecting today's date in the date/time picker. Previously, you needed to log out to reset this.

Invoice Document Preview Navigation Buttons (US-8037) Allows the user to switch between invoice documents being previewed without have to close each preview window.

Replace the Edit Task Modal That Opens from the Task Widget (US-8184) Editing a task from the task sidebar has been updated to match the new Edit Task Screen.

Trip Date on Sign Off Sheet / PO PDF and Layout Change (US-8142) Minor Changes to the sign- off sheet have been made.

1. Trip Number has been changed to Trip Date
2. Service Instructions and Scope of work have swapped positions.

Rejection Reason "Other" Requires Description (US-8135) Invoices and proposals with a rejection reason of "Other" will now require a description.

Bug Fixes:     

Unable to Search Vendor Number Using Column Filter (US-8254) We fixed a bug that was not allowing users to filter by Vendor ID.

No Longer Able to Highlight Copy from App Info Window (US-8248) We fixed a bug that was not allowing users to highlight/copy text from app info.

Deactivate Warning Displaying on Vendor Profile When It Shouldn't (US-8226) We fixed the issue that cause vendor deactivation warning to show.
