2023.33: Project History, Timeline, Rental, Audit

Features:

Project History (4 tickets): Projects well now be properly represented in Vendor and Location History pages (Client Project History will be out next week). The Project History can be accessed through the same means as the Work Order History is.

There is a History button in the Location information in a Project that will bring you to the Location Project History as part of this update as well.

For the Vendor Profile, the Service History tab has been updated to include the Project History. Please see the example below with a Very Real Vendor.

Project Timeline Defaults to Todays View (US-5860): The timeline view will now automatically start at todays date instead of at the time of the first task of the project. This change was made to help find and see the what needs to be done in the immediate timeframe.

'Rental' Work Order Type (US-5937): We have added a new Work Order Type for Rentals. This option will appear when creating and editing work orders.

Profile Audits (3 Tickets): Client, Vendor, and Company Profile all have the Audit option available again. The audits are available through the History button at the top of the profiles via the 'View Detail' button.

This audit functions the same as the other audits in Umbrava and will show what fields have been changed, when, and by who.

Bug Fixes:

Invoice/Proposal not updating when Bill To Contact has changed (US-5974): We have fixed a bug that was blocking any changes from being made to proposals and invoices when the Bill To Contact was modified and displayed as (Deleted). Invoices and Proposals will now be editable as expected.

Auto-Assign Vendor not auto-filling (US-5955): We have fixed a bug that was causing Auto-Assign to not behave as expected and was not populating the vendor when meeting the criteria in a Purchase Order. This has been fixed and Auto-Assign will now behave as expected.

Resale Certificates and Compliance Document (US-5944): We have fixed a bug that was not showing the download button for Compliance items when the user had the appropriate permissions.

Work Order Import Template Broken (US-5939): We have fixed a bug that would now download the template to import work orders.

Location # to Location Details button (US-5781): We have fixed a bug that was breaking the Location # button in Work Orders and Projects. The button was not linking to the Location Details as expected, and now functions properly.
