Proposals and Purchase Orders

Rich text editing for Scope of Work (US-10653): The Add Proposal modal now has the same rich text editor as the proposal details page. Copying a scope from an existing work order, proposal, or purchase order keeps its formatting, and bullets, bolding, and line breaks can be applied while typing.

Updated Add Project PO modal (US-10582): The Add Project PO screen has a refreshed layout.

Dispatch

Auto-dispatch permission separated from manual dispatch (US-10209): Auto-dispatch is no longer tied to the PO creation permission. Users can now be granted auto-dispatch on its own, so staff who cannot create POs can still trigger dispatch on issues an admin has pre-configured.
