2023.38: Service Request Improvements and Bug Fixes

Created by Kenneth Abad, Modified on Thu, 21 Sep, 2023 at 1:52 PM by Kenneth Abad

Features:

Cancel Service Requests (US-5109): A canceled state has been added to Service Requests. Service requests can be canceled from using the new button on the Service Request Details and can only be canceled if it meets the following criteria.

  1. Service Request is in an open state
    1. Cannot be: Expired, Assigned
  2. A vendor has not been assigned a purchase order from the Service Request

Canceling your request will instantly expire the links that are sent to the vendors for them to respond to, and notify them that it has been canceled.

If a vendor has already responded to the Service Request, then you can still view the responses, but will no longer be able to select the vendor and create the PO through the Service Request.

Service Requests Notifications to Assignee (US-5346): There have been 2 additional notifications added to a Service Request to help streamline the process. We added a notification for the first vendor response on a Service Request. This notification will remove the need of checking the Service Request to see if anybody can be dispatched from it, when there are no responses yet. The second notification is when the Respond By time has been reached for the request. This will notify you to check the Service Request as no additional responses will be coming in.

Bug Fixes:

Project History List (US-6048): We have fixed a bug that was filtering the Project History lists by the user filter when it should have been unfiltered.

Work Summary Invoice Required Tile (US-5812): We have fixed a bug with the Work Summary Invoice Required tile, and it is now displaying the correct information.
