Features:
Rich Text Formatting (US-8279): Notes are used to record detailed information about what is happening during a job, or if an asset might have had some parts replaced, or if a proposal requires special care about the details of work that needs to be reviewed. We've gone through all notes in the app to improve how we express that information, to improve emphasis, make lists readable, and even embed a link.
The formatting in the notes can be seen in an expanded note, and the link will bring you to the URL that you entered when adding the link. The formatting goes through when sharing the notes, and we've updated the notifications to handle the format as well.
If you make a mistake, we've also added the ability to undo (ctrl+z) and redo (ctrl+y).
All of the shortcut keys also work on Mac using the cmd key instead of ctrl. Redo is ctrl+shift+z.
We've updated the following note areas within the app with these changes:
Work order notes
Project notes
Client notes
Vendor notes
Proposal notes
Location notes
Asset notes
Proposal Scope of Work
Invoice Scope of Work
Proposal line item long description
Invoice line item long description
Internal Mentions (US-8143): You may have noticed that the Rich Text Formatting introduced an @ button in the notes. We’ve added support for @mentions in notes to help streamline collaboration and ensure nothing gets missed!
Tagging a user will send an in-app notification, and we've added a new @Mentions tab into the notification section to centralize all notes where you've been tagged to make it easy to review and respond.

An email will also be sent out when you're tagged in a note that links directly to the note and highlights the note in the list for you, making it easy to respond.
