2026.25: Roles and Permissions

User Roles changes:

The Roles page has been given a revamp to help manage your users and what they can do. This update now allows you to see the roles details and the other roles available in the same page.

This also brings improvements to assigning roles to users. When a user changes roles, you can now assign the user directly to the new role without having to remove their previous role.

Permission page changes:

Roles aren't the only page getting updated this week, our permissions also have been revamped to be easier to manage and update.

Since permissions can be granted on both the user AND role level, both of these pages have been updated. We've grouped the permission sets by each section of the app, and added a select all button to help bring an admin up to speed with just a single click.
