Managing your users is an important step in utilizing Umbrava. Lets add/remove users, assign roles to them, and create teams to connect and manage your employees.
Adding New Users:
Step 1: Click the Company Logo at the top right of the Nav Bar. |
Step 2: Select Users on the left side of the app to access the Users List. |
Step 3: Click the '+' Button at the top of the screen and fill in the new user information.Checking Reset Password will email the input email address |
Step 4: (Optional) Select the new user to open their profile to add additional information. |
You can deactivate a user at the bottom of their user profile. This makes the user inactive and no longer able to sign into their account.
Roles
Create a ruleset and title for users by creating a role and assigning the user.
Step 1: Go to the 'Roles' tab in the on the left nav bar, beneath Users. |
Step 2: Add new role by selecting the '+' button at top of the Roles page. |
Step 3: Input Role Name and Description and then hit Save. |
Step 4: Select Dashboard for all users assigned to this role. |
Step 5: Select User tab of Roles and click the '+' button to add users to the role. |
Step 6: Select the Permission tab of the Role and select all needed Permissions. |
Limits
Create upper boundaries for users to be able to approve/submit proposals
Step 1: Click the Limits tab in the Role page. |
Step 2: Select '+ Add Limit' on the the Invoice/Proposal type you want to set a limit on. |
Step 3: Select the check icon to save your newly set limit. |
Teams
Group your users together into teams to help track or distribute work.
Step 1: Click the Company Logo at the top right of the Nav Bar. |
Step 2: Select the Teams section on the left side of the app to access the Teams list |
Step 3: Select the '+' button to add a Team. |
Step 4: Enter the Team Name and any additional information and hit 'Save'. |
Step 5: Select a team to open the details and click '+' button to add Members. |
