How To: Set Up and Filter Lists

Use filters to narrow down and control your information in Umbrava.


Applying Filters





Filter 1: Global - Show the work that is assigned to the user/team/locations selected.





Filter 2: Phase/State - Projects and Work Orders can filter down to the Phase/State.





Filter 3: Column Chooser - Select columns to fill in your list with information.





Filter 4: Column Filters - Filter each column as needed.
