2023.17: Notes, Reporting, Project Search, Project State, User Filter

Features:  


Notes Updates (US-5342, US-5347): We heard your feedback on the notes changes and have widened the column that shows the notes. The note lines will also now pull the formatting up to display as much information as possible where the note is displayed.



Vendor Alert Reporting (US-5360): This update allows us to pull data on the Vendor Alert to allow reports to get the information needed.


Search Project Numbers (US-4962): Users will now have the ability to search by Project Number or Work Order Number by using the Search in the Navigation bar.

The Projects can be searched by inputting any of the following information:

  1. Project Number
  2. Source Job Number
  3. Source PO Number
  4. Client
  5. City
  6. State

The search bar will remember the type of job that was being searched and it will search the job type automatically until switched in the Navigation Bar.


Filtering Project by State (US-5140): The Project list will now be able to be filtered by the state of the Project. This will allow you to clear all projects that have been closed or canceled from your project list and keep an eye on anything that is open. The list will update based on the state selector at the top of the list.


Filter Member List update (US-5148): We have rewritten the Filter Member list and changed the layout and function of the member list. Users will now be able to filter by 'Everyone On Team', 'Team', and 'User'. Multiple options may be selected at once and once selected, will show all selected items at the top of the list.

The Filter Members selected will still filter all job lists as it previously has worked and maintained the same function as before. We have expanded on the search function of the list and now when typing in "Team name" it will show all members of the team and all relevant optop


Bug Fixes:  


Work Order Summary Project Tasks (US-5354, US-5356): Work Order Summary dashboard was not properly filtering out the unassigned items. The tiles were also not updating from Projects updating their tasks. Both of these bugs have been fixed.


Asset Decision Making Tool not updating from Costs (US-5277): Saving changes to maintenance values for an asset was not updating the asset decision making tool until refresh. This has been fixed.


Filter Member Bugs (US-1970, US-2133, US-3641): The filter member function being rewritten has removed these bugs.
