Schedule Trip Restriction Changes (US-9364): We've enhanced work order scheduling to give users greater flexibility when managing technician or vendor trips. You can now schedule trips outside the SLA dates without system restrictions, while maintaining accurate SLA compliance tracking for performance reporting.
Materials Statuses (US-9394): The work order status "Materials" has been updated to be "Material Ordered". We've also added a new status for work orders called "Need Material".
Clocking out with the reason of "Need Material" will now change the Work Order status automatically to "Need Material".
