2023.20: Edit/Share Notes, WO PDF, Dashboard, Location, Deadline Timeline

Separation of Edit/Share Notes Permissions (US-5396): We untied the permissions that locked Edit and Share together in the Notes of Work Orders. 

With permissions, you will now be able to share notes in a job to either a vendor or client. This action will not count as an edit and will not update a note accordingly. Once a note is shared with one vendor/client, the note will now also be able to be reshared to a different vendor/client in the job. 

If a note has been shared to you, you will not be able to share the note to anybody else. This is not a new restriction, but we want the restriction to be known.

Printing Work Order Update (US-5372): Printing a work order will now provide the same information as a purchase order that was sent over. This allows vendors to get work order information more easily without having to have the purchase order re-sent to them.

Work Order Summary Loading Icon (US-5253): We have added a loading icon to the Work Order Summary Dashboards. Now the dashboard will show that it is loading in while it loads all data to display.

Updated Location Display for Work Orders/Projects (US-5095): We have beefed up the location display on work orders and projects to allow them to display information in a straightforward way. The display will contain all information that they have previously had with the old view.

We added some additional functionality to this feature as well. The locations will now display if they are invalid in the dropdown if selecting a location from this menu.

Deadline Indicator for Project Timelines (US-5413): Once again, we have made some changes to the Project Timeline. We have added an indicator for the Project timeline that will show when the deadline for a project is. The deadline is represented by a little red line on the timeline as shown in the picture below.

Bug Fixes: 

Project locking without type (US-4487): We have fixed a bug with projects that was causing users to be unable to edit any details when the Project Type was not filled in.

Restored Correct Position of the Close Button (US-5370): We have fixed a bug that was loading the close button on certain modals to be on the left side of the screen. This will no longer occur.

Work Order Location Field clearing unexpectedly (US-5402): A bug has been fixed that was causing an error to load in the WO location field with a "Country is Required" error. 

Project Details crashing when selecting Locations Field (US-5462): A bug that was causing the projects page to crash and need to be refreshed has been fixed. It happened when selecting the location field and then clicking in a different window, this has been taken care of.
