Features:
Work Order Note Type Updates (US-6673): A couple of work order note types have been updated to help clarify what they are for by putting the subject of the note first. We have renamed the following note types:
NTE Issue Client → Client NTE Issue
NTE Issue Vendor → Vendor NTE Issue
Work Order Sign Off Sheet Improvement: We have made changes to the sign-off sheet in a work order.

Add "Hold" to Project and Project PO statuses (US-6620): We have added a new project status to help keep track of your projects. The "Hold" status can now be used on Projects and Project Purchase Orders.
Timeline Unscheduled Tasks (US-6129): The timeline on a Project will now support unscheduled tasks. You can now create a task that does not have an end date or start date. This will allow you to track a task that is necessary for the project, but does not have a set place in the timeline yet.
You can make a task unscheduled by opening the task screen and removing the duration and end date. You can also create a new task and not fill in the end date or duration. These unscheduled tasks can be set for the timeline template as well to be used as frequently as needed. This update also requires you to input a Start Date in order to put a Finish Date and Duration. The created tasks will not populate on the timeline chart, but will be in the tasks list on the side. |
General Performance Improvements (US-6655, 6690): In an effort to help with the speed and efficiency of the app, we have gone through and made optimizations in some areas that were not operating to our standards.
We have made improvements in the following areas:
- Work Order Details
- Documents
- Client Proposals
- Client Invoice searching
- Vendor Invoice searching
Bug Fixes:
Filtering WO list by DNE = 0 does not work (US-3605): We have a fixed a bug that was giving an error when filtering the Work Order list by DNE = 0. Now the list will display work orders with a $0 DNE.
Documents display PO# = 1 when expanded, even when no PO is selected & PO# format should match PO (ie. 001 not 1) (US-6508): We have fixed a bug that was displaying the document PO# incorrectly. The documents will now display the proper format of PO# and will only appear on documents that are for that Purchase Order.
"Union" vendor type does not sync to report properly (US-6688): Reporting on the 'Union' vendor has been fixed and will now work as expected.
