2024.43: Videos, Export Improvement, and WO Status Updates

Features:

Remove Limit for Export (US-7788): Getting your information has been made easier. Now, when exporting your lists, there is no longer a limit of 1000 items. You can get your entire list as needed without a limit to the Work Orders or Locations that you are trying to get.

Video Label for Documents (US-7811): There is now a 'Video' label for your documents. Any document that is uploaded with a video file type will automatically be given the label, and for files that are not explicitly videos, you can still manually select the label for your documents.

Work Order Fields Automatically Update (US-7773): On our road to improving visibility in the app, we have made some changes to keep information up to date while changing your Work Orders.

Work Order Status should update without the need to refresh with out automations, and the Work Order GP% will update live with Proposal approvals.

These updates can take a couple of seconds while information is processed, but the need to refresh a Work Order for this information should be greatly reduced.

Bug Fixes:

Proposal Value sometimes fails to update PO NTE (US-7875): We fixed a bug that was causing the approval of Vendor Proposals to not update the PO NTE.

Fix Client Proposal PDF's calculation for line item Total (US-7871): Fixed an issue that was causing the PDF calculation to not match the Line Item totals for Client Proposals.

Puerto Rico Addresses Failing (US-7833): We have made a fix to make addresses in Puerto Rico appear in our location pickers.

Entire Work Order Page Refreshes when Changing tabs (US-7780): We fixed a bug that was causing the entire Work Order to reload when changing tabs.

Assigned To/Status/Type cleared when read only on WO/Project/PO (US-7877): We fixed a bug that was causing the information in the Assigned To, Status, and Type fields to not show to users without a specific permission. The information was still in the Work Order/Project/Purchase Order, and reporting was not affected.

Ellipsis tooltip not displaying when expected (US-7842): We fixed a bug that was causing Contacts information from not displaying a tooltip to show the full name of the contact. Now the names and descriptions will display in a tooltip as expected.
