Contacts


When a vendor or client is initially created, a contact for them is also created. That initial contact will be considered the main contact (this is something that can be changed in the profile) and will always appear first in the contact list. The main contact is designated by the star on the contact card.


The contacts will have their name, title, email, and phone numbers. You can set up to 5 phone numbers per contact. The email can be clicked on and it will open your selected emailing app to send an email to the contact. The phone number works similarly, and will make the call from any application that is set to make phone calls.


Editing/Deleting


We have 2 ways to edit and delete. We can click on the contact to open the modal, or we can right click and select our option.


Selecting 'Edit' will open the Edit Contact modal and allow you to make changes to this contact and add any information that the original create contact allowed. From this screen, you can also delete the contact, add phone numbers, etc...


When selecting 'Delete', it will prompt with a confirmation that you want to delete the contact as all information will be lost.


Multiple Contacts


Once more contacts are created, the list will shift and add a scroll bar for the contacts. This will allow for as many contacts as needed.
