Add Integration Indicator to Work Order (US-6212): We have added an integration indicator to work orders that are connected to a 3rd party integration. The indicator will appear in the following areas:
- Work Order Details
- Work Order Notes
- Work Order Documents
- IVR
Hovering over the indicator will tell you which 3rd party system the integration is for.
