2024.02: Disclaimers and GL Codes

Features:

Ability to set Disclaimer on Profile (US-5870): You will now have the ability to set your disclaimer on your company profile.

The Disclaimer can be set in the new Work Order section of the company profile.

You will be able to designate Sign Off requirement, Service Instructions and Disclaimer in this section.

This information can also be set for Clients. Any information input for the clients will populate in Work Orders for that client and pass the information along.

Map GL accounts by client ID (US-6544): We have added the ability to map GL codes by the Client ID.

Bug Fixes:

Invoice State Change not Syncing (US-6454): We fixed a bug that was causing the invoice state to not sync correctly.

Project PO Vendor NTE field not disabled when user does not have permission for Edit Complete (US-6587): We fixed a bug with the way permissions were interacting with Projects.

Integration indicator missing from WO Details header (US-6603): We fixed a bug that was not properly showing the integration indicator on work orders.

Automation Rule no longer works to Create/Complete Task when Vendor Proposal is submitted (US-6605): We fixed a bug that was stopping the automation rule from working.

Various Project updates clear Template Id from Project in Report (US-6607): We fixed a bug that was clearing the template ID from Projects in reporting.
