Allow 20,000 characters for proposal and invoice disclaimer (US-6145): Inspired by 20,000 leagues under the sea, we added a 20,000 character limit below the proposal (and invoice). Disclaimers on invoices and proposals can now have up to 20,000 characters in them.
Bug Fixes:
Project Tasks are missing from Missed Start Tile on Work Summary Dashboard (US-5466): We fixed a bug that was causing the Missed Start Tile on the Work Summary dashboard to not show the proper tasks.
