With permissions, users are able to run reports in Umbrava to check KPIs, service trends, location trends, or any other needed information.

Report Tab

The Report tab at the top of the app will give you access to reporting information and allow you to run the available reports. Each company starts with a set of reports in the 'Public' folder. Additional reports can be created with the support of our data analytics team to help cover any reporting needs to help with your facility management.

Any additional reports made for your company will be put into the 'Company Private' folder.

To access reporting, click on the 'Reports' tab at the top nav bar of Umbrava.

Running Reports

The reports that are in the Reports tab consist of different tiles that can be drilled into for more information. Search through the reports to find the report you are looking to run, and click the run button.

Each tile within a report can be selected to be exported.

The reports can be turned into the following file types:
  • Excel
  • PDF
  • RTF
  • CSV

You can schedule reports to be sent to you at a certain time of the day to compare metrics based on your needs. If a report has been run, and changes are happening, you can 'refresh' the tiles to have the most up to date information.

Reports can be emailed from the reporting tab directly to share the information with users who may not be on Umbrava. These reports can be emailed as any of the file types that you can export as, so you are in control of all of your data and information.
