Features:
Project Details page updated to display Scratchpad & Notes on main page (US-7132): When viewing the Project Details page, both Scratchpad and Notes are now displayed on the main page. All other functionality remains unchanged.
Work Order Invoice Documents preview window increased (US-7126): The window size was increased when previewing documents on Invoices.
Compliance Changes:1. Create Compliance Item modal changes: (US-7246)
> Remove None selection from Type dropdown
> Switch position of Type & Name fields
2. Compliance Name dropdown now displays top 5 most used for each Type. Custom Name may still be input. (US-7003)

Client Profile-Work Order section can be edited independent of Details section (US-7169)
