Features:
Coming October 3rd: Work Order Rearrange (US-7114): The Work Order screen has received a makeover and the layout has been changed to keep information tidy and readily available. We've also added a multifunctional button to allow you to create notes, add documents, clock in/out, add a task, or anything else you would need in a work order.
This is at the top right of each tab, just hit the plus button to see all options.
Notes:
A few things to note on the Notes page of the new Work Order. Notes still have all functions that the previous view did plus a little more. We've added a section at the bottom of the notes, that will show the 2 earliest open tasks for the Work Order. You can complete out or complete and add a new task from this screen. |
Documents:
The documents tab has been updated to fit the new layout. We've updated the default columns that show due to the change in screen size, but all functionality is the same.
Clock In/Out:
The IVR tab has been renamed to Clock In/Out. The information shown is all the same as the the previous layout.
Invoices/Proposals:
The tabs for invoices and proposals have been updated to show the list view while also showing all Work Order details.
Tasks:
The task tab update had us change the displayed information for the tasks. All information can still be found by expanding the task, and completed tasks can be seen by clicking 'View Completed' at the top of the task list.
Proposals/Invoices require at least one Line Item to submit (US-7646): Proposals and Invoices now require at least one line item in order for the submit button to be available. This is done to prevent accidentally submitting these without inputting a cost.
Bug Fixes:
Vendors repeat and crash modal (US-7673): We made some changes to fix the vendor assignment modal to prevent the repeating of vendors and causing the screen to crash.
NTE zeroing out for Vendors on ForSelf Work Orders (US-7753): We fixed a bug that was causing the Vendor NTE to update to $0 when making changes on a ForSelf Work Order. Now the Vendor NTE will persist as expected.
