Compliance Insurance Expiration Email Notifications

Insurance Compliance Expiring/Expired Email Notifications to Vendors (US-7053, US-7054):When a Vendor's Insurance Compliance is approaching expiration or has expired, an email is sent given the notifications settings on the Vendor's Company Profile:


Only one EXPIRING email is sent for each of the 15/5 day warnings when the Vendor’s Insurance Compliance Item meets the following criteria:

  1. Status is Active 
  2. Has an ending effective date within the next 15/5 days 
  3. Has no Upcoming Compliance Item(s) 
  4. Has no 15/5 day Expiring email sent previously


Only one EXPIRED email is sent when the Vendor’s Insurance Compliance Item:

  1. Status updates to Expired 
  2. Vendor's Status updates from Active to Inactive due to the Expired Insurance
