2025.09: Mobile App Proposals and Updated Document Preview

Features:     

Mobile Proposals (US-6185): Proposals can now be handled on the go with our newly updated mobile app. Your proposals can be created or viewed directly in the Work Order. The proposals flow seamlessly between the web app and our mobile app. Tap the 'Add Proposal' or 'Proposals' buttons to view or edit your proposals. Tap the + buttons to add your line items.

Your line items will be sorted by trip to help keep everything organized. Once everything is ready for submittal, tap the Submit button at the bottom and the proposal will be shared with your client and no longer editable. 

Clients will be able to view the proposals and approve or reject from the mobile app as well. Access the proposals for your work orders using the same process as above. Tap into the proposal to review the details. The example below is from 2 different Work Orders.

Make sure you are running the most recent version by updating the app from the app store for access to our newest features.

Apply New Doc Preview Header Style on all other pages (US-8069): We've updated the header on Document Previews throughout the app to add the actions as buttons on the top of the previews. The context menu that used to display the actions has been removed. Now all of the document previews in the app will match the style that we've set in Work Orders.

The icons at the top of the preview will explain their functions once hovered. From left → right, Share, Archive, Download.

Bug Fixes:        

Disclaimer cleared when editing company profile details (US-8270): We fixed a bug that was causing the Disclaimer to be deleted once the Company Profile details are edited.

Company Profile Edits don't display after Save & wrong toast (US-7383): Saving edits on the company profile no longer need a refresh to show the new information. The correct toast confirmation at the bottom will also appear when editing the company profile.
