Features:
Invoice Payment Visibility (US-7936): Vendors will now see when a client has submitted a payment to their invoices within the Umbrava app! We've added visibility into the client payment information on your invoice lists and the invoices themselves. See the new Client Payment Status column in the Client Invoice List below:
Clicking into an invoice will show your payment statuses in the Summary on the right side of the invoice. You can record your own payment information here as well to keep your own records.
Clicking on 'Record Payment' will open our new screen to record your payments in the app. Fill in the information here to keep your records up to date within the app.
You can check your invoice payment status directly on the Work Order or Project that the invoice is created for. Click into the invoice tab of the job and the Client Payment Status column will show you the status for any and all invoices on that job.
Internal Notifications (US-7936): We've built a notification system that will alert you and your team members to events that take place within your own company in Umbrava. This comes with a restructuring of the Notification settings page in the Company Profile and Client Profile.
These are the new internal notifications that you can set up:
- New Work Order
- Work Order Assignee changes
The New Work Order notification will send when a new work order is created for your company. If you set this notification on the client profile, then the notification will send when you create a work order for that client.
For Assignee changes, this notification triggers when the 'Assigned To' field is changed on a work order. You can set this notification to be sent when the assignee is changed to you, or if any assigned to changes. This can also be set on the client profile to only affect work orders for that client.
Bug Fixes:
Rates tab missing in some vendor profiles (US-8378): We fixed a bug that removed the Rates tab temporarily from vendor profiles. We restored the permission and access to rates.
Project link doesn't display in WO Header when converted unless other WO's are linked (US-8311): There was a visual bug for the display of the links in a Work Order when a Project has been converted. The converted Project will now display in the Work Order link regardless of other links to the Work Order.
When user scrolls Trip scope using bar/arrows the Edit Trip modal opens (US-8187): A bug was causing a full scroll through the Trip scope to open the Edit Trip screen. The scrollbar reaching the bottom of the scope will no longer trigger the edit trip screen to open.
