2025.16: Project Notes Improvement

Project Note Improvement (US-8144): Back in February we made an update to Work Order notes to improve readability. After the positive response, we've reformatted the Project sections notes to share the updated display style.

This change also comes with updates of the functionality in the Project notes. We've updated the way we edit and share notes within . You can edit unshared notes from the context menu of the note with the right permissions. The note will stay in its position in the note list, as the project notes are always ordered by creation date.

You can now also re-share a note once it has been shared with another company.

Bug Fixes:        

Fixed Arrow Display on Notes (US-8525, 8317): The arrow for the expanded and unexpanded notes is now facing the correct orientation.

WO Note permissions not enforced as expected (US-8518): Some of the notes permissions for Work Order notes were not behaving as expected. The permissions now enforce all actions correctly.

Default NTE not auto-filling Create WO modal (US-8379): We fixed a bug that was causing the Default NTE to not initially register when creating a work order.

Success toast displays when error should after WO bulk import (US-8229): The toast when bulk importing Work Orders was not showing the correct information. We made a fix to properly show what work orders failed, and where to fix it in the file.
