2023.10: Unarchive Docs, Service Channel Integration, Project Improvement

Unarchive Documents (BN-2487): Have you ever archived a document by mistake, and then struggled to find the original to add back to the system? We have solved that problem by adding the ability to unarchive documents! We have created a new page that can be found in the documents tab that will allow you to view and restore archived documents.

The Archived Files button is found near the Search bar on the documents tab and will be grayed out and unclickable if there are no archived documents. Once a document has been archived, you can click the button and view the documents that have been added. 

Once in the archived list, you can click the arrow to unarchive the document and bring it back to its original position in the document list.

To exit the list, click the Archived Files button again and you will be returned to the document list. Or you can click on the Documents breadcrumb to return to where you were.

Service Channel Integration (BN-5036): We have further updated the Service Channel integration to be more accurate on WO creation.

Project Type and Timeline (BN-5079): The timeline template in the Projects tab is no longer tied to the project type. In the coming updates, we will have the ability to select any template for a timeline.

Carpentry Trade (BN-5147): We have added a new system trade to cover carpentry.

Bug Fixes:

Location field bug in Add WO (BN-3833): We have fixed a bug that was not clearing the location field in the Add WO modal when the Client field was altered. Now the location will clear as expected.

Address Validation Improvement (BN-4843, BN-4697): We have improved our address validation process to now disregard any accents on letters and recognize more inputs from Canada and Puerto Rico. There are still addresses that will need some intervention to correct, but they will be fewer and further between. Addresses will also validate with zip +4.

Project Values (BN-5103): We have fixed a bug that was improperly showing the Project values from approved proposals and was showing the total as $0. The correct value will now display in the projects.
