2023.22: Click to Call, Dependency Indicator, Project Deadline

Client Location Phone Number Update (US-5545): Phone numbers in the Location field of a Work Order and Project will now be able to be clicked on in order to open a means to call the location. For example, if you are using Dialpad, it will open Dialpad and automatically call the phone number. When copying the phone number, right click to copy the link address and it will save the phone number.

This function also works with extensions that are needed for specific contacts.

Users will need to select the default program that the number will call from, and can set to an alternative program through your computers system settings.

Independent Vendor Indicator (US-5485): We have added an indicator to show vendors that are active in the system. The Umbrava logo will be visible next to vendors that are on the system when viewing these areas:

4. Purchase Orders
5. Work Orders 
6. Projects
7. Create Purchase Orders
8. Create Work Orders

The indicator will be with the Active/Inactive tag for a vendor.

Project Creator Sets Deadline (US-5414): We have implemented a change to projects where the creator of the Project (the company, not the individual), will be the only one who is able to edit the deadline on the project. The deadline will then flow to all vendors/client assigned to the project. This deadline will stay updated for all users.

Bug Fixes:  

New Client Location field not allowing copy + paste for top information (US-5545): We fixed a bug that was implemented that did not allow users to copy and paste certain location information. With this fix, we have made the improvement above. This bug fix does not allow the entirety of the Location field to be copied and pasted in one go, as the top line is separated still from the bottom line. This will be re-addressed and fixed in the future.

Location field not filtering properly (US-5512): We fixed a bug with the Location field selector that was not properly filtering the available locations and not highlighting the currently selected location. This has been corrected and now properly displays.
