Deactivate a Vendor

Deactivating a vendor can be done from the vendors profile. On the Vendor Details page, open the context menu at the top right of the screen and select the 'Deactivate' option.

This will open up a pop-up window to deactivate the vendor.

To Deactivate: Select a Deactivation reason Input a description Hit 'Deactivate' Once Deactivated, the vendors deactivation reason will be displayed at the top of the profile. Hovering over the reason will display the deactivation description to provide more context. This will set the Vendors state to 'Inactive'.

Activate a Vendor

Activating a vendor is very similar to deactivating a vendor in process.  You once again access the context menu, but the option has now changed to 'Activate'.  Select 'Activate', and the modal for reactivation will pop up.  You must input your reason, and can add a description if wanted. This will bring the vendor back to the active state.

Vendor History

The history can be viewed by selecting the icon circled in the image below. The vendor history displays all instances of activation/deactivation with the vendor. The history window will show the reasons and description as well so you can view what has been done with a vendor through their time with you on the app.
