Welcome to the Client Profile
Table of Contents |
The clients profile page is the hub of all information that you need to complete work with your clients in Umbrava. You have an overview of the clients details, contacts, and addresses, work history, and much more. The different tabs of the client profile are broken down further in their own respective help page.
Details
The details section allows you to change the user assigned to the client, if there was a sales representative involved, and if you would like to Auto-Accept Work Orders. To make a change, select the pencil icon in the top right corner of the details. This will bring up the Edit Details screen and allow you to make changes here.
Auto-Accept WO will put any Work Order from that client into the 'Open' phase automatically instead of 'Pending Acceptance'.
Work Order
The Work Order section of the Client Profile shows you information that you'll need to know for any Work Order that is sent to you from your client.
You can add Service Instructions for yourself here, to add any additional information that you may want to automatically have in your Work Order PDFs from this client.
Contacts
If you need to know who you need to reach out to or how to reach out to them, the Contacts section has you covered. Your client can upload contacts to their own profile so that you can see who to get in touch with for your Work Order needs.
Addresses
Client Addresses will be referenced in proposals and invoices when selecting who the proposal and invoice is relevant for. This information is entered by your client but can be seen on their profile.
Billing
The billing section is the home for your clients billing requirements, and your compliance summary. The compliance summary shows all of your active compliance items that the client is able to see between their company and yours.
You can set/change your own set of invoice instructions that will appear on your Work Order PDFs when assigned work from the client. You can manually set a Credit Limit, or set the Client on a Credit Hold from here.
Resale Certificates
If the client has a resale certificate uploaded, you will see it at the bottom of the clients profile. This will automatically make the tax section of your invoices not generate tax for the states that have Resale Certificates.
