2023.45: Sharing Note/Document Confirmation and Integration

Created by Kenneth Abad, Modified on Wed, 8 Nov, 2023 at 2:56 PM by Kenneth Abad

Features:

Confirmation on the Share Note/Document Modals (US-6228): We have reduced the risk of sharing an item to the wrong party by adding a confirmation screen to the share modal.

The confirmation modal will show who the recipient of the shared item will be. If you are sharing it to your vendor or client, Umbrava will ask you to confirm your selection.

Shared Documents flow to Service Channel (US-5687): Whenever a Work Order is integrated with Service Channel, you can now share a document directly to Service Channel. To share your document and create an 'Attachment' in Service Channel, you must first upload the document to Umbrava, and then share with the client. This will create the attachment in Service Channel for you.

Shared Notes flow to Service Channel (US-1879): For Service Channel integrated Work Orders, you can now share a note to the client, and the note will be created in Service Channel. The Note Description will become the Note in Service Channel.

For all integration questions and changes, please speak with your administrator about integrations.

Bug Fixes:

Vendor Can No Longer Recall Completed Work Order (US-6233): We have removed the ability for a vendor to recall a work order once it has been completed. Only the Client is able to recall a work order now.

Scroll on left panel for smaller height (US-6225): We fixed a bug that was not showing a scroll bar on the left panel when the window is small enough that not all options are shown.

Audit Trail: Client/Vendor Invoice/Proposals missing Id's and entries (US-3290) When viewing the Audit Trail for Client/Vendor Invoices/Proposals, information was missing for Status & Type field edits. This has been fixed and the audit trail will display the changed information as expected.
