2023.48: AI, Regions, and Bug Fixes

Features:

Notification Configuration (US-5198): A few weeks ago we released the code, but did not turn on the feature as we made changes. This week, you will be able to access the Notification Configuration settings.

AI Trade Recommendation (US-5826): We have created and trained AI to help assist in selecting trades when creating a Work Order.

Our AI uses the Scope of Work in the Create Work Order screen to recommend Trades for the work that is described.

Currently, our AI only uses the System Trades in Umbrava, and will pull up the 2 most likely Trades.
If there is a sub-trade that you would like to use, it can be manually typed into the field as you are able to do currently.

Hovering over the recommended trades will show the AI's confidence in the choice.
Click the trade to move the trade into the field.

We have moved the Trade(s) field up to be below Scope of Work so that the flow of creating a Work Order makes more sense.

Location Regions (US-5365): Locations can now be assigned to a region! Regions can be managed in the Client or Company profile. They can be right-clicked to move/edit/delete any of the options to help you re-arrange as needed.

This can help organize and keep track of your locations and their needs.

Union Vendor Type (US-6226): There is now a 'Union' type that can be added to Vendors.

Updated Snackbar and Toast (US-3918): No, I am not talking about food this time. We have updated the little notifications at the bottom of the screen when an action takes place in the app.

Bug Fixes:

Missing Client PO ID blocks actions on Project Proposals (US-6450): We have fixed a bug that was preventing Project Proposals from being actioned. You can now clone and submit proposals as expected.

Wrong permission used to enforce adding/editing a Location for a Company Profile (US-6028): We have fixed a bug that was utilizing the wrong permission when adding/editing a Location for your own company.
