Creating a Work Order

The Work Order takes every detail that we have put in for clients, and uses it to power our goal of efficient facility maintenance. You can create work orders for your clients that .


To get this started, we have 2 options. We can create a work order from the Work Order List, or from the top nav bar 'Create' button. Both of these options bring us to the Create Work Order screen.



  • The fields that are grayed out upon opening the screen will unlock once the prerequisite information is input.
    • Location and Asset will be available once a Client is selected
  • The information put here will fill in the newly created work order
  • With permissions, you can assign a vendor during the work order creation process.
  • Work Order Types are used for reporting purposes, auto-assign, and can be any of the following:
    • Found on PM
    • Invoice
    • Preventative
    • Project
    • Proposal
    • Reactive
    • Rental
    • Scheduled
    • Survey
    • Warranty



Once all information has been input, hit 'Create' and the work order will be generated!
