2024.42: Priorities Skip Weekends and Asset Tag IDs

Created by Kenneth Abad, Modified on Fri, 18 Oct at 10:13 AM by Kenneth Abad

Features:

Priority Exclude Weekend (US-7601): Priorities decide the First Trip By and Complete By dates for your Work Orders. There are times where the weekend should not be considered for getting work done, either for the office being closed, or not warranting weekend overtime rates. You can now set up priorities to skip weekends and not consider those days against your SLAs.

When adding a new Priority you can select the new checkbox at the bottom to skip weekends.

This will not affect your existing Priorities. So if your company wants to skip weekends for some Work Orders, new priorities will need to be set up for you to use.

You can see which Priorities skip weekends on the updated Priority list in your Company Profile.

Create Asset - Add TagId (US-7722): An Asset Tag ID field has been added when creating an asset so that Assets can be more easily tracked. You can see Tag IDs that are set in the asset/WO lists and the asset details pages.

Work Order Asset Dropdowns - Show TagID (US-7724): The Tag ID for assets have been added to the Asset field in Work Orders. You can type in the Asset Tag ID to select the asset to attach to the Work Order.

Work Order Lists - Assets Improvement (US-7725/7723): The Asset column in the Work Order list has been updated to include the Tag ID. Searching the column will search by both the Asset Name and Asset Tag ID.

Page Numbers on Invoice PDFs (US-7750): We have added page numbers to the bottom of Invoices PDFs to help keep them in order when printing physical copies.

Bug Fixes:

Onsite Date automatically filling in when adding Purchase Order (US-7821): We made a change that will no longer auto-fill the onsite date when creating a Purchase Order based on the Priority. This change is to prevent accidental trip dates for created purchase orders.
