2024.49: Clock In/Out, Project Labels, Purchase Order Updates

Clock In/Out (US-7665): The Clock In/Out tab in the Work Order was a long line of information that wasn't the easiest to look through and read. We took the information and changed the display to simplify the view and make the information more readily available. 

We've added a timer that will track the estimated labor based on the # of technicians clocked in. This will update in real time so you don't have to worry about refreshing to see the new estimated time if you've stepped away for a bit.

There is no longer an audit on the Clock In/Out page, since all of the information with time stamps is now shown directly on the cards.

Project Labels (US-7790): To improve visibility of Projects that require more attention we have created Labels that can be attached to a Project. The labels can be added and updated from the settings page for Projects. Labels will be visible on all Project Lists, the project details, and are only for your own company to see. 

Labels can be added to a project from the Project Lists, or from the Project details.

Refresh Create Purchase Order modal (US-7694): We've given the Create Purchase Order modal a much needed update. The screen will now give you a warning when the priority selected skips weekends, and you are scheduling a vendor for a weekend day. There is also a new indicator when the Work Order location is in a different time zone than the person creating the Purchase Order.

The layout of the modal has been updated with these changes to match the look and interface of our newer features.

Vendor Work Order/History List updates (US-4892): Currently, Canceled Work Orders do not appear in a Vendors Work Order/History lists. We've updated the lists to also not show Revoked and Declined Work Orders as well. 

Merge Work Order Settings Permissions (US-7874): There is a new permission for Work Order Settings named 'Manage Work Order Settings' and has combined the following permissions:

    1. Edit Priorities Settings

    2. Manage Default Not To Exceed

    3.Edit Label Types Settings

Bug Fixes:       

Input Lag on Invoices/Proposals from Many Line Items  (US-7736): We made improvements to the Proposal/Invoice details page to reduce the lag seen when working within a proposal or invoice.
