Bulk Document Operations (US-6377): There have been some changes to Documents in Work Orders. Any action you can make on an individual document can now be taken in bulk.

We have added a checkbox column on the document list to select the documents and allow you to select more than one.

Selecting multiple documents will allow you to archive, download, or share your documents all at once.

Clicking on the document line will still open the previewer.

Once archived, documents can also be mass unarchived using the same process.

The Shared column has been changed to now show everybody that has the document, even if a client or vendor has shared the document to you. Previously, it would exclude the company that shared the document to you.

One-Click Download Documents (US-6685): With the other changes we are making to documents, we added in a quality of life improvement for individual document downloads. Clicking on the document filename will now instantly start downloading the document.

Add PM name to Project Proposal PDF (US-6638): The Project Proposal PDF has been updated to show who the Project Manager of the project is. Now whoever is assigned to the project will be represented in the Project Manager field.

Changing the Project assigned to field will update the field next time the proposal is downloaded.

Bug Fixes:

Permission settings for Documents not enforced as expected (US-4311): We have fixed a bug that was not properly enforcing the permissions for documents and was not showing when the user did not have access.

WO / Project shared Document issues (US-5128): We fixed a bug that was displaying the incorrect date on shared Work Order Documents.

PDF markup render issue in document preview (US-6628): We have fixed a bug that was causing the document previewer to improperly display marked up PDFs. The document previewer will now display the changes as expected.

Document viewer doesn't support file extensions in caps (US-6633): We have fixed a bug that was causing the document previewer to not show any file extensions that used capital letters. Document previewer will now display as expected.
