2024.41: Document Sharing and Bug Fixes

Features:

Work Order Document Sharing Updates (US-7740): Sharing a document has been adjusted to be more intuitive. Now when a document is shared in your Work Order, and the document has already been shared to all recipients, the system will prevent it before you go through the whole share process.

Cancelling out of the share screen will keep the documents you were sharing selected.

If there is only one person to share the document to, then they will automatically be selected for sharing.

These rules also are in effect when sharing from the preview.

Bug Fixes:

Crash when editing WO/PO First Trip By/Complete By and typing in date (US-7814): We fixed a bug that was causing the Work Order details to crash when manually typing in the date/time. This now works as expected.

Line items with >999% markup cannot be saved (US-7810): We have fixed a bug that was not allowing a line item to be added with a markup % above 999%. The line items can be saved with any markup % that is automatically filled in.

Export Work Order CSV fails when the Asset column is visible (US-7808): We fixed a bug that was breaking the Export Work Order CSV. Your .csv file will now properly download with all columns that are visible.

Client Proposal Import Modal fix (US-7804):The Client Proposal Import modal was not showing all expected information when being used. The following columns are now visible.

PO Priority label is wrong after editing First Trip By/Complete By & refreshing (US-7797): The (Custom) addition to the priority label was not persisting after an edit and a refresh. We implemented a fix to now show the (Custom) tag onto the priority label if it has been edited through First Trip By/Complete By updates.

Bulk Import Work Order fails if no Vendor is selected / Client DNE is empty (US-7775): We fixed a bug that was stopping Bulk Importing Work Orders. Now the Work Orders will be created with the required information.

Expired/Expiring Soon don’t display with ! when Rejected in Chain (US-7746): The Needs Action indicator was displaying when a compliance item was not already actioned upon. The indicator will now only show when the compliance item when there is no rejected item that came after the expired/expiring soon item.

Project Billing Date time component error (US-7637): We fixed a bug that was causing projects to show the improper billing date when created after a certain time due to time zone differences. The billing date on the project will now calculate based on the creation date, not time.
