2024.10: Bulk Shared Email, Project Audit, Improvements

Features:     

Bulk Shared Email Notification Improvement (US-6781): Sharing multiple documents at once to a vendor/client will no longer send an email per document, now the email will show the recipient all of the documents that have been shared in one. The email links to the documents for quick access as well.

Project Vendor NTE Audit (US-4778): The audit inside of projects will now show any manual changes to the Vendor NTE total.

Permissions Changes (US-6784): The following permissions have been renamed to account for upcoming changes.

1. Edit Fields → Edit

This change is on all Project and Work Order invoice permission sections.

Performance Improvements (US-6838): We have made optimizations to the Invoice and Proposal lists to allow for faster loading times and to prevent the pages from crashing when sorting/filtering.

Bug Fixes:   

Invoices and Proposals not updating when location details are edited (US-6762): Editing a location of a Work Order or Project will now update any open proposal/invoice tied to the location.

This change will take effect for all future edits.
