Features:

Last Updated Date (BN-5019):The Last Updated Date column on the work order list and task list will now accurately show when we have updated our work orders. The following changes have been made:

  • Proposals - When a proposal is submitted/approved/rejected, it will update the last modified date.
  • Invoices - When an invoice is submitted/approved/rejected, it will update the last modified date.
  • Tasks - When a task is altered/created, it will update the last modified date.
  • Notes - When a note is shared, edited, created, it will update.
  • Purchase Orders - When a purchase order is created or edited, it will update the last modified date.
  • Trips - Adding a trip date will change the last modified date.
  • IVR - Using the IVR system will change the last modified date.
  • Documents - Adding/sharing/archiving/unarchiving a document will change the last modified date.
  • WO details - Updating and work order details will also change the last modified date.

Vendor Proposal Required Automation (BN-5090): A new automation has been put in place to update the status of a work order or purchase order to 'Vendor Proposal Required'.

The automation will trigger when there is no approved Vendor Proposal and a Vendor Proposal is rejected. The status change will also trigger when a vendor rejects a submitted Client Proposal when there is no approved Client Proposal.

Email Notification for Shared Note (BN-3032): The work order assignee will now receive an email when a note has been shared to them via a client or vendor. The notification will have a link to the work order that the note was shared to for easy access.

Bug Fixes:

Item Rate Import (BN-5106): We have fixed a bug that was causing rates in a proposal to be imported incorrectly between locations within a client.

IVR Clock In/Out issue (BN-5086): We have fixed a bug that was allowing the IVR system to process clocking in or out multiple times at once.

Project Linked Work Order Color (BN-5070): We fixed a bug that was causing the color of a Work Order being linked to a project to be red.
