This page will go over your options for configuring all automated email notifications through Umbrava. The information below will help you dictate where emails are sent based on your company or client preferences.
General Settings
Notifications can be configured in the Company Profile. The 'Notifications' tab on the left sidebar will open all of the notifications that are available for your company.
Lets start by breaking down the page.

- Mute All
- Turns off all notifications on the page
- Retains the settings for the notification card for when the card was On
- Becomes Unmute All
- This turns the notifications all back on with their previous settings

- Notification Cards
- Contains the information of the notification
- Allows you to choose who/where the notification goes to
- Certain cards allow you to select which type of notifications are sent out
- This is further broken down in the section below
Notification Cards
The notification cards control which notification is sent out, and who that notification is sent to. Each card is independent of the surrounding cards and other notifications.
- The 'On' switch can flip to off and turn off all notifications handled in this card.
- The checkboxes below the switch control which notifications are turned on for the notification type.
- Checkboxes on the right control who/where the notifications go.
One checkbox for the recipients must be selected at all times. To disable the notification, simply turn off the corresponding notification switch. These cards control the companies notifications and are not specific to each user.
The notifications can be directed to different people based on the option that is selected.
- Company Main Contact sends notification to the user that is set as the Main Contact on the company profile page
- Assigned To Work Order goes to the user/team that is assigned to the Work Order
- Assigned To Project goes to the user/team that is assigned to the Project
- Assigned To Client goes to the user that is assigned to that specific client of the Work Order or Project
- User/Team allows you to input any user/team that has been created for your company
- Other can freeform any email addresses for the email to go to
Client Specific Settings
Going to your Clients Profiles will allow you to configure your notifications for that specific client. These client notifications will override the general notification configuration to allow for a more refined flow of where your emails are going to based on who deals with a client.
When a change has been made to the Client notification page, a reset button appears both in the card, and at the top of all notifications.
The reset button will reset the cards back to the same settings as the general notification settings.
Selecting 'Mute All' on the client page, will turn off all notifications that are supposed to be sent for any work order or project for that client.
