Receiving and Accepting Work
When Work Orders are dispatched to your company, you must accept the work to let the client know that you are able to handle the work.
Notifications:
When a Work Order is dispatched to you, a notification will be sent to you where you can accept or decline the work. You can configure your notifications on the website to route the emails how you'd like.
- Open the email notification that is sent when a Work Order is dispatched to you on your phone.
- Tap the 'Decline' or 'Accept' button to open the work order in the mobile app.
- You can Accept or Decline from the Work Order in the app by tapping the buttons at the bottom of the Work Order.
- Confirm your Acceptance to move forward with your Work Order, or Decline to let the client know that you will not be taking the work.

Filtering your Work Order List:
You can configure your Work Order lists to show the information most relevant to you. These steps will show you how to view your work that is Pending Acceptance. You can use the filters to show all work that is open, pending acceptance, and assigned to you or however you may find the filters useful.
- Open your mobile app to be taken directly to the Work Order List.
- Tap the filter button on the top right of the list.
- For this case, we are going to be filtering by 'Phase', scroll the list down to 'Phase'.
- Tap the 'Pending Acceptance' Phase option.
- Tap 'Show Work Orders' at the bottom of the filter screen to show the new list, or tap the back arrow to return to apply additional filters.
