Create Proposals with ease from site, or on the go with our mobile app! This article will go over our proposal capabilities on the mobile app and how you can create, submit, and review a proposal.

Creating New Proposals
Your proposals can be created or viewed directly in the Work Order. Proposals flow seamlessly between the web and mobile app. To get started, tap the 'Add Proposal'. If a proposal already exists, tap the 'Proposals' button to add a new proposal or view and edit your existing proposals.
Tap the + buttons to add line items and generate your costs. Line items will be sorted by trip to help keep everything organized.
Once everything is ready for submittal, tap the Submit button at the bottom and the proposal will be shared with your client. A submitted proposal can no longer be edited.
Reviewing Existing Proposals
Work Orders that have a proposal already created have a button at the top to view your Proposals. A list of all proposals in your work order will appear here for you to edit (unless the proposal has been submitted), or review.

Tapping into a proposal will open up the proposal. From here you can action the proposal as needed based on the proposals status.
