Being on the move doesn't mean you have to lug your laptop with you. Review proposals that are submitted to you to approve and reject directly in the Umbrava mobile app.

   Table of Contents

Finding your Proposals

There are a couple of ways to get to your proposals in the mobile app, so we'll touch on all of those methods here.

Notifications:

  1. Open the email notification that is sent when a Proposal is submitted to you on your phone.
  2. Tap the 'Go to Proposal' button on the Notification.
  3. The Proposal will automatically open in the Umbrava mobile app when you have the app downloaded.

Filtering the Work Order List:

  1. Open the mobile app and tap the filter button in the top right corner of the Work Order list.
    1. The Work Order list is the landing page when opening the app when you're already signed in.
  2. Scroll to the 'Status' filter and select the Work Order Status 'Proposed'.
  3. Tap 'Show Work Orders' at the bottom of the screen once your filters are set.
  4. Tap into a Work Order that is in the Proposed status and look for the Proposals '!' indicator.
  5. Tap the Proposal button to see all of the Proposals that have been created/shared to your work order.
    1. You can approve or reject from this list page.

Tip: Ensure that other filters don't prevent Work Orders with the selected status from appearing. Each Work Order must match at least one selected value in each filter type. The filter button updates when filters are applied to tell you how many filters are set on the list.

Reviewing Proposals

Once a proposal is opened in the mobile app, you can see the same information that you can on the web app. The biggest difference is that the proposals are broken down by trip on the mobile app. This helps you see exactly what you are being charged for every time they arrive to site.

  1. From the Proposal list you can Approve or Reject, or you can tap in to view all of the details.
  2. Tap the proposal you want to review to see all of the details that have been entered.
    1. The line items will be grouped by trip on the mobile app.
  3. Tap 'Approve' to send the approval to the vendor that submitted the proposal.
  4. Tap 'Reject' and enter a Rejection reason.
    1. Add a rejection note to provide the Vendor more details on why the proposal was rejected.
