2024.09: Label Required, W-9 updates, One-Click Download

Features:

One-Click Download on remaining Document grids (US-6828): With the overwhelming positive response from the one-click download for Work Order documents, we have implemented the feature on all other document sections in Umbrava.

The filename in the following document sections will now have the one-click download function:

  1. Projects
  2. Profiles
    1. Client
      1. Locations
      2. Assets
    2. Vendor
    3. Company
      1. Locations
      2. Assets

Proposal/Invoice GP Move (US-6456): The proposal/invoice sections have been updated to match the layout of the app. The summary underneath the line items has been removed and the information has been updated to be underneath the line items.

The buttons to add and import a line item have been moved over to the right side, to be more consistent throughout the app.

Required Label in Documents (US-5644): To help ease the flow of information for companies, we are requiring the Label for documents. This will be shared to your vendor or client when in a work order or project, and you share the document.

W-9 Changes:

Editability of Company Name and Tax ID on Vendor Profiles (US-6753): The Company Name and Tax ID of a vendor will be editable until a W-9 has been uploaded.

Uploading a W-9 for the first time will prompt you to confirm the Tax ID and Company Name, as you will no longer be able to edit from this point forward.

W-9s will also not be able to be edited or deactivated, they will only be able to be renewed.

Any companies that have multiple W-9s will automatically have all older W-9s deactivated. This will only leave the most recent copy active.
