The mobile app is the perfect place to update your Work Orders notes and Documents while on the move. Here's how to make updates!

Adding Notes
Step 1: Select the Work Order to update. |
Step 2: Select the Notes button in the Work Order |
Step 3: Tap 'Add' to add a new note to the Work Order |
Step 4: Select 'Type', pick who to share the note to, and add a description. |
Step 5: Tap 'Add' at the bottom of the note page. |
And now your note has been added!
Sharing Existing Notes
Step 1: Select the Notes button in the Work Order. |
Step 2: Tap the note that you want to share. |
Step 3: Tap the '...' context menu in the top right of the note. |
Step 4: Tap 'Share'. |
Step 5: Select the Vendor/Client to share the note to. |
Step 6: Tap 'Share' to send the note to the selected Client or Vendor. |
Adding Documents
Step 1: Select the Work Order that you want to add a document to. |
Step 2: Tap the 'Documents' button at the top of the Work Order. |
Step 3: Tap 'Add' at the top right of the Documents page. |
Step 4: Input the required information and select 'Upload' to select the files to upload. |
Step 5: Select and confirm the files to upload. |
Step 6: If you want to share the document, select the Client or Vendor to share the document to. |
