Submitting your rates is the first step to easier, more consistent proposals. Here we will show you how to keep track of and standardize your costs across the system. You can make exceptions for certain clients to use those rates when working with them and keep track of your pricing there.
Setting Company Rates
Step 1: Click the Company Profile Icon in the top right of the app and click 'Rates'. |
Step 2: Click the '+' button and enter your rate information. |
Step 3: Select the green check mark to confirm and save your rate. |
Setting Client Rates
Step 1: Go to the Client Profile and click 'Rates' in the left side of the screen. |
Step 2: Click the '+' button and enter your rate information. |
Step 3: Select the green check mark to confirm and save your rate. |
The client specific rates will appear for any proposal/invoice made for that client instead of the company set rates.
