Get to your Rejected Invoice
If one of your invoices is rejected, you will receive a notification. This gives you information you need, and brings you directly to your invoice.
Step 1: Open your notification and click 'Go to Invoice'. |
Step 2: Review the Rejection Reason. |
Clone and Update your Invoice
Save time by recreating your invoice instantly with our 'Clone' option.
Step 1: Open the context menu at the top right of the invoice and select 'Clone'. |
Step 2: Click to return to the Client Invoices of the Job. |
Step 3: Click to select and open the newly created invoice. |
Step 4: Make the changes needed as specified in the rejected invoices Rejected Reason. |
