Not Scored (NULL) → No compliance items created
Notes / Exceptions:
Vendor ability to upload and share compliance items was released on 08/30/24.
This metric only captures insurance-type compliance items created or renewed after this date.
Value is repeated for each completed Purchase Order and cannot be filtered.
