Insurance Upload

Vendors have the ability to upload their own insurance into the platform. This tracks how often they are keeping their insurance information up to date instead of having their clients update the information for them.


Purpose / Metric Definition:

Measures the percentage of insurance compliance items created by vendors.

Category:

Engagement

Logic / Formula:

(Count of insurance compliance items created by vendor) ÷ (Total count of insurance compliance items submitted)

Scoring Rules:

  • % Value → Ratio of vendor-created insurance compliance items to all insurance compliance items submitted

  • Not Scored (NULL) → No compliance items created

Notes / Exceptions:

  • Vendor ability to upload and share compliance items was released on 08/30/24.

  • This metric only captures insurance-type compliance items created or renewed after this date.

  • Value is repeated for each completed Purchase Order and cannot be filtered.
