2023.05: Inactive Reason, Line Items Description, Permissions

Features:   

Inactive Vendor Reasons (BN-4712): Want to easily see why a vendor is inactive in the system? We added a tooltip to the Vendor Assignment screen for a purchase order! The tooltip will appear when hovering over the (?) next to the Inactive status in the columns.

We have made some changes to the column names as well and have renamed the following:

1. "Company Name" will now be "Name"
2. "Phone Number" will be "Phone #"
3. "Location Service Count" will be "# of Visits"

Invoice and Proposal Line Item Descriptions (BN-4713, BN-4894): We have created the ability to add further descriptions to line items in a proposal or invoice. Clicking on the box shown below will open a screen to add more details for any line item that is made.

The description will be visible on the PDF when the invoice/proposal is sent to a vendor or a client. The description can be a maximum of 1400 characters, and once edited, the proposal/invoice will need to be saved again.

Permissions for the Ability to see and edit Client Priorities (BN-5001): We have added a permissions to edit/view the client priorities on the Client Details screen. This will allow users to view individual client priorities on the Client Detail page.

Bug Fixes:

Proposal Titles: (BN-5038, BN-4973, BN-4950): When making a new proposal or Invoice, Umbrava will now recognize when a title is input that would match the auto-generated title. This will allow the title to be automatically changed when converting the proposal or invoice as it did before custom titles. 

Umbrava will now trim any spaces at the end of the title of a proposal or invoice. This will prevent any errors when sending the proposal/invoice via email.

Firefox only: We fixed a bug that was allowing the Custom Title and Number on an invoice/proposal to be deleted and no longer accessible.

Proposal Filter: (BN-4831): Fixed a bug that was causing the table to crash when filtering Client Proposals by type.

Project Fix: (BN-4775): We fixed a bug that was causing retainage release to not function as intended.
