The Company Profile billing card is the place to keep and reference your billing terms to vendors on the system. This will hold how long they have to invoice, how long until they get paid from then, and where the billing goes through. This information was first input during the creation of your profile, and can be eddited by using the pencil icon in the top right corner of the card.
Clicking the pencil opens the Edit Billing modal. This modal shows all of the fields in the billing card and allows you to make changes. Once these changes are input, and 'Save' is selected, then the information will update to all the vendors that you have connections with in the system.
Invoice Instructions is where you can put any information that is important for a vendor to submit an invoice to your company.
