Work Order Documents
Documents in a Work Order can be used to track and store files that are relevant to the work. You can upload a document by pressing the 'Upload' option on the button in the top right corner of the Work Order or dragging your files directly into the document section.
Select or drag your file into the work order and add in the required information. You can search or find the document later in the Document List or to attach to invoices.
Multiple documents can be added at a time. Once uploaded, you can select multiple documents to either share, archive, or download the documents. Preview - You can click on a document to preview it before downloading. Download - Clicking on the File Name will download the file. Selecting and downloading multiple documents at once will create a zip file for the selected files. Edit - You can edit a documents information by clicking the down caret next to the checkbox. Share - Once you share the document with your client, they will be able to view the document on Umbrava. Sharing the document cannot be undone. |
Archive - Archiving a document will remove the document from the list. You can find the document in the archived list next to the search bar if you need to restore the document.
The above actions can be taken in the top right corner of the documents page, once a document(s) has been selected in this order: Share, Archive, Download.
The document list can be searched, sorted, and filtered to help you find any of the information you have entered.
