2024.30: Help Widget

Features:   

Help Widget (US-7508): Access to our help articles has been brought directly to the app! The new widget is in the bottom right of the app and automatically brings up the most commonly viewed pages.

Click on the new 'Help' button at the bottom right to open up the help widget.

Search through the articles to find information you're looking for. If there is information that you need more of, and can't find in the help widget. Please let us know so we can make sure it is available for you!

Work Order Tab Updates: The tabs within a work order have received a little makeover. This update helped fix an inconsistency with the tab highlighting when going through the website. 

The Invoice and Proposal tabs have been streamlined to no longer need 2 levels of tabs. Clicking anywhere on the tabs will now expand the tab to see the specific window. Right/middle click to open up the Client/Vendor Proposals/Invoices in another tab directly.

Bug Fixes:       

WO Client Invoices list crashes when submitting from list context menu (US-7535): We fixed a bug that was causing the Work Order Client Invoice List to crash when submitting invoices from the master list. Now the invoices will be submitted and the list will continue working.

Tabs Not Refreshing for Back Button Click (US-3946): The tabs in a job will now refresh once a user uses the back button to go back to a tab. This will make sure that you have the most up to date information in the job.

Wrong tab is highlighted when browser back button is selected or hyperlink selected (US-2394): We fixed a bug that was highlighting the wrong tab in a job when using the back button to navigate through the pages. Now the proper tab will be highlighted.

Eliminate duplication of Priorities under Company Profile and Settings (US-5948): We have removed the duplication of Priorities in the Company Profile and Settings. Now Priorities will only be found in the Company Profile.
